What makes us stand out is our ‘Single Point of Contact’ model. We offer our clients an Estate Agent as their ‘single point of contact’ that will support them from the initial valuation, all the way through to the completion. This means that the same Estate Agent that valued your home (and knows the most about it) will also be the very same estate agent working with your buyers, handling offers and working with the solicitors.

This gives our clients an absolute seamless focus on great customer service and making sure that every opportunity to sell their home is being dealt with by the right person. Too many times we hear that the manager or ‘valuer’ of a different Estate Agency really impresses on the valuation, but once a contract has been signed, the sellers rarely hear from them again and just end up dealing with less experienced ‘negotiators’ who may not know the ‘ins and outs’ of the property or their client’s wants and needs. At The Property Centre, we stop this from happening, which is good for our sellers but also good for our buyers, who can have all of their questions about the property answered on the viewing, increasing their ability to make an offer on the viewing itself.

Our marketing is one of our key USP's and something we're very proud of, we truly believe that better marketing equates to a better sale price for our clients, as part of your marketing package we offer high quality, staged photography (including drone photography) and high-quality editing, with every care to make sure the best angles and shots are being used to best show off your home. We are also well known for our incredible property videos which feature short, sharp and attractive 'Hollywood' style trailers to show off some of the best bits of your property, including drone footage of the wider area. Used on the main property search websites of course, but also used on social media, this offers a ‘sneak peek’ to the property, enticing buyers who aren't searching on the main property search websites every day, allowing us to market your home to what we call a 'passive audience' too - the buyers who will move for a certain, type of property or street, but may not be checking the property search websites. Charlie has been in the property industry for over 11 years and heads up our very reputable and successful Taunton branch. Alongside running the Taunton branch, Charlie is also paramount in our business in her capacity as Director. Well known for her love of DIY and interior design, Charlie is regularly seen working with her client’s offering advice on how best to decorate and stage, before marketing to achieve the best possible price for both on and off market clients. Charlie has grown up in Taunton and knows the properties, local attractions, and schools very well.

Managing Director

Jon strongly believes that people should be at least as important as the properties they’re moving between and prides himself by his relationship with his clients. ‘Born and bred’ in Taunton, Jon absolutely loves his hometown and in 2019 combined his love for Taunton with his love for helping people move and created The Property Centre. Jon has over 11 years experience in estate agency, previously working for the two largest corporate agencies in the country, running several branches including one of the largest branches in the south-west.

Having joined the property industry in 2010, Lizzie has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the residential sector both locally and across the Southwest. She is both well experienced, and comfortable in all levels of the market ranging from the local town market to the larger, bespoke country and equestrian homes. Further specialising in land acquisition and new homes. Lizzie strongly believes that with the premium marketing package and wealth of knowledge offered by The Property Centre can make any home placed in our capable hands stand out from the crowd!

Louise joined The Property Centre with an extensive background in customer service, interiors, and financial services, giving her a fantastic footing for her role in residential sales. Since joining the agency in 2022, Louise has shown an unbelievable rate of learning combined with a harmonious affinity with our core values of transparency and honesty. Louise works with great care and skill to give her clients a fantastic service and ability to sell their homes for the best possible price. Louise particularly enjoys hearing about her client’s journey and moving plans to help them achieve those goals.

Dan has been in the property industry for 6 years having started his career in lettings and spending two years working as a sales lister Dan has come back to his first love to head up the Lettings department at the Property Centre. Dan’s passionate about forming long term relationships with Landlords where he goes out of his way to add value whether that’s finding a tenant, managing a tenancy or advising on how potential property investments stack up.

David heads up our Somerset Lettings team based in Taunton, with over 10 years experience in the lettings industry. David knows all areas of the job and can be found valuing properties, advising landlords, completing marketing appointments and conducting viewings. His comprehensive understanding of Lettings legislation and the importance of building strong customer relationships, makes him a vital part of the team. Steph has over 15 years of experience within the property industry, starting her career within Sales before moving to Lettings. As the Property Maintenance Manager, she prides herself on the relationships she has with Landlords, and her problem-solving abilities for the tenants. She manages the lettings portfolio with a wonderful team who are customer focused, hard working and always happy to help. She takes great pride in the service provided by her and her team, and she remains committed to working diligently to uphold the high standards they provide.

Tom heads up our Bristol branch, with over 10 years’ experience in the property industry. Tom has a wealth of experience covering all areas of the city and different types of property. Most recently working closely with high-net-worth individuals and prime property. Alongside Jon and Charlie, Tom is also from a corporate background and has fallen in love with our ‘single point of contact’ model of estate agency, allowing him to work more closely with his clients to ensure an excellent client experience from the point of valuation through to completion.
